Since 2008 members of Meadow Brook Baptist Church have volunteered for short term mission trips sponsored by Baptist Medical and Dental Missions International (BMDMI). One week of your time can make a big difference. To learn more about this service opportunity follow the links on this page to BMDMI and Borderless Brigade. Better yet, more than 15 members of Meadow Brook have served in this ministry. Just ask one of them.

Children’s Church in Orocuina
On your first trip to Honduras you will be amazed at the number of Children. Many live in poverty but in addition to medicine, food, and clothing we bring them hope: The Gospel of Jesus Christ!
Trojes, Honduras
Trojes has been chosen as the village for our 2018 mission trip. it is located about 3.5 hours east of the Mission Home and is very near the border with Nicaragua Start praying now for Trojes!
The Good Shepherd’s Children Home
This orphanage operated by BMDMI provides a Christian environment for the most needy. The children. Abandoned and abused children learn to smile.

With five evangelism services each day over 3500 people hear and many respond to the gospel of Jesus Christ. On this mission trip everyone is a evangelist!
A BMDMI translator and a young pastor from Oropoli, Honduras.
You will not be alone! Over 100 churches have been planted by BMDMI in Honduras. Local Christians walk with us as we share and they remain to continue the work.
Prayer begins each day of service.
The days are long and the work is difficult but Christian love and prayer sustain the mission team as they provide medical care and distribute food and clothing to those in need.
